MAYIEX-626 Systems, Inc. is a C Corporation incorporated in Delaware in October 2026. It owns the Factorix and Fendiri brands, and is the design and services house behind them.
It exists so that a company’s software and online presence rest on a registered entity rather than on a personal arrangement: the contracts, the trademarks and the card payments are all held by a company registered in the United States, at a verifiable address.
Cloud ERP
For companies that invoice, move inventory and sell over the counter: invoicing, inventory, point of sale, accounting and industry-specific modules. It is a multi-company service — each business works with its own data. Operating in Honduras.
Online presence
The other half of the same customer: website, domain, hosting and company email. For the business already invoicing with Factorix that now needs to be found, under its own domain and with an address that carries its name instead of a free one.

Card payments for Factorix are processed by MAYIEX-626 Systems, Inc., through its own Stripe account registered in the United States. That is why the charge carries our name and not the name of the product you signed up for.
